TRAIN to GAIN and PHAROSCOACH are working together in partnership to help you access government funding for essential Leadership Development skills.

This specific PHAROSCOACH Programme will enable you to evaluate your current strategy and make essential changes in a way that you have never done before.

Working ‘one to one’ with your PHAROS COACH, in three intensive sessions over a three week period and with the help of powerful models and diagnostics, you will re-vitalise yourself and your management team.

The great news is that this £1500 programme will cost you £500 . . .
as the Government contribute £1,000 towards it

If you employ between 5 and 249 staff you are likely to be eligible for a £1,000 grant from Train to Gain via PHAROSCOACH.
